Two intoxicated teenagers of Bosnia, duct taped a firework in the mouth of a German Shepard and left it stranded with no way to eat and maggots infecing his ruined face. After wandering for five days, he was picked up by authorities and soon after euthanized after vets found it impossible to reconstruct his face. Unfortunatly, animal welfare laws are basically non existance in much of Western Europe. Because of this, the kids that did this will walk away un punished.

Animal Cruelty

The term 'animal cruelty'  gets thrown around a lot. Although  a dedicated activists definition of the term may be very different that that of a hunter, vivisector, or even a hunter. There is even a legal definition that implies to the US and various states.

In the United States there are no specific federal laws against animal cruelty. While some laws such as Animal Welfare Act, the Marine Mammal Protection Act or the Endangered Species Act they only restrict when or how particular animals in particular situations may be treated or killed. Among the United States all states have an animal cruelty system regulation. Many states have exemptions for wildlife, animals in laboratories, and common agricultural customs.
